LYSA - Blueprint

LYSA Blueprint pools blueprint knowledge across your SCMDB.net org members and allies, making your collective knowledge available directly in your organizations’ and alliances’ Discord servers.

How it works
#

  • LYSA only knows what members choose to contribute.
  • Data is not synchronized automatically: it is pushed from SCMDB.net to LYSA each time a configured user updates their blueprint list.

Knowledge Pool
#

The knowledge pool is the set of blueprints LYSA is aware of within a given scope. Anyone within that scope can query it to see which blueprints are covered.

The scope of your knowledge pool includes:

  • Yourself
  • Your organization(s)
  • Your alliance (if configured)

An org member can query the knowledge pool without being a contributor themselves.

You can restrict which orgs you share with in the /config menu.

Getting started: Members
#

  1. Run /config in Discord: set your language preference and copy your personal sync URL. Optionally, restrict which orgs you share your blueprints with.
  2. Go to scmdb.net → open your account settings → paste the URL in the external sync field
  3. Save: SCMDB syncs automatically. Your blueprints are now live in LYSA.
  4. Use /blueprint to check whether a blueprint is covered within your org or alliance.

Note: Only members who complete steps 1–3 appear in blueprint search results in the knowledge pool.

Getting started: Server owners
#

  1. Invite the bot to your server
  2. Run /lysa-server-config to configure your server:
    • Default language
    • The Discord role that identifies your org members
  3. Optionally, create an alliance and share its invite code with other server admins so their orgs can join and share blueprint knowledge across servers.

Commands

  • /lysa-server-config: Configure the LYSA bot for your server (admins only)
  • /config: Manage your personal LYSA preferences (language and SCMDB sync)
  • /blueprint: Check whether a blueprint is covered within your org or alliance
  • /features: View the features available on this server
