Context
#

Since the organization’s founding in 2013, we have used and developed many tools. From web forums and audio solutions that predate Discord, we have evolved through internal web tools, dynamic spreadsheets, and a wide range of custom Discord features. LYSA is the next step in that evolution.

What is LYSA?
#

LYSA (LYS Assistant) is the name given to the framework behind our new generation of tools. Designed to meet our organization’s needs, it brings together both public and private tools in various forms.

Key Concepts
#

  • Alliances: A concept integrated across all our tools to enable cross-organization collaboration.
  • Integration: We interconnect our tools as much as possible to maximize their effectiveness and user experience.
  • Discord-first: Features that do not require a dedicated interface are built directly within Discord.
  • Privacy: Security matters to us. Our tools collect only the data required to perform their function, and users can delete all of their data at any time.
